Herfinance Talk

Feb 15, 2022

We turn to the health and well-being of Black women as we commemorate Black History Month and the 2022 theme, which emphasizes the need for Black Health and Wellness. The ability to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of one's own mind and the body relies heavily on self-awareness. In order to improve the health of black women, it is critical that they have access to information about health and illness prevention. Melanie Richards, the founder of B-Visible, joins us on the show today. We'll discuss topics affecting the health and well-being of black women through knowledge exchange. We'll hear Melanie's experience and gain some ideas on how to live a healthy lifestyle while being present and balanced in life. Being physically healthy isn't the only thing that matters. Having a strong mind and a solid emotional state is also required.

There is no doubt in our minds that black women are strong and deserving of the best care.
