Certifications include ACE (American Council on Exercise) in personal training, group fitness instruction and lifestyle coaching; Group Power; Level I Pilates; Aquatic Fitness; TRX suspension and multiple modality certifications; and is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer. DeeDee uses her varied athletic background to design individual training programs that are innovative and result-oriented and implements them in friendly, focused workout sessions.
