The sad truth is our mental health has a significant influence on every area of our existence, and that includes our finances and career.

Today’s guest Marie Sennett, is a Certified Yoga Teacher, who trained at the Himalayan Institute under a long line of authentic yoga masters. She trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga to address the needs of many. Marie is also a Certified Transformation Life Coach. And, has been a civil rights attorney for over 30 years. 

Marie creates personalized yoga and meditation programs tailored to the needs and goals of her students. She has helped her students sleep better, feel more relaxed, find focus, become stronger and more flexible, and find time for themselves.
